Planning the Ceremony

Reach Out - Get in touch to set up an obligation free meeting over coffee or on FaceTime, so we can get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.

Getting Started – After our initial chat, I'd like to begin planning your ceremony. I'll guide you through the necessary legal steps and help you to complete all the necessary paperwork.

Designing your Ceremony  – Once you’ve shared your unique love story with me, I'll create the initial draft of your tailored ceremony and share with you to review. Together, we can then fine-tune every detail until it is exactly what you want.

The Final Touches – A week before your big event, I'll check in with you to confirm details and see if there are any last minute arrangements you'd like me to make.

Your Wedding Day

Arrival and Setup - Rest assured—I'll be there an hour early to set up my PA system and collaborate with your venue team or wedding planner to ensure everything is perfectly in place and ready to go.

Welcoming Your Guests - As your guests begin to arrive, I’ll warmly welcome them and double-check that every detail is aligned for a smooth and stress-free start to the ceremony.

The Main Event - This is it! The moment you’ve been looking forward to! A heartfelt ceremony crafted to reflect your love and the unique bond you share.

Making it Official

Lodging the Legal Paperwork - Once the ceremony is complete, I’ll take care of registering your marriage with the Births, Deaths and Marriages registry and submit the application for your Official Certificate of Marriage.

Receiving Your Certificate - After the registration is processed, your Official Certificate of Marriage will be mailed directly to you.
